Refund policy
**Returns**
At Jules & Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange your order, we're here to assist you. You can return your items for store credit, swap them for a different product, or request a refund to the original payment method.
You may return your products within 14 days of shipping, provided they are in new condition and in their original packaging. Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. This email will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within three business days.
**Late or Missing Refunds**
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it can take time for a refund to be posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing period before the refund appears in your account. **Sale Items**
Items purchased on sale will be refunded at the sale price indicated on your invoice. You can return these items within 30 days of shipment, as long as they are in new condition and include the original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
**Exchanges**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at info@julesandgems.co.uk. We will personally guide you through the return process.
**Gifts**
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. However, if the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. In this case, they will be notified about your return.
**Shipping**
To initiate a return, please email info@julesandgems.co.uk. We will personally guide you through the return process.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item valued over £40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
